Currently scraping rock-bottom on my degree in Mechanical Engineering, I can't help but find that most of my time that should be spent studying is stolen from me by my love of cars. This is nothing new either. Ever since I can remember, cars have always been one of the most important things in my life.
Having spent loads of time reading motoring magazines and watching countless hours of Top Gear repeats, I've developed a great appreciation for car photography. They're such beautiful objects and captured at the right angle, their charm can be appreciated by anyone - not just car enthusiasts.
I've always been interested in photography and only in the past few years have I started to combine these two hobbies together. The photos shown in my portfolio are examples of what I have achieved thus far. I am by no means a professional photographer, nor do I have the latest cameras and lighting equipment. I'm simply someone doing what they enjoy and love.
Kam Photography, although not fully off the ground just yet, will open to business in the summer of 2011. It is my attempt to turn what I hope is a reasonable talent into a career. How the business will operate and the services it will provide can be seen under the 'Introduction' and 'Services' tabs.
For the time being, what I really need to do is gain some experience and also build up my portfolio with a range of different projects, cars and locations. As a result, I am offering my services free of charge to friends, family and members of the public who are willing to have their exotic/rare vehicles photographed. If you're interested, or simply curious about Kam Photography, please don't hesitate to contact me!
